New Centre in Nottingham

Our newly converted property in Fledborough, Newark, is in a tranquil, rural setting.

We offer a comprehensive package of assessment, care and education to young people with extremely complex needs. Our highly skilled and experienced team tailor this package to each young person and can deliver any of the following:

• Emergency Placements
• Three or six month assessments
• Focused work over a specific time period
• Bridging placements
• Respite care

Each young person is the subject of a weekly case review attended by a member of the multi-disciplinary team, residential and school staff. This group sets and monitors both short term and long term objectives for all aspects of the young person’s life.

What Happens in the Long Term?

Planning for the young person’s future is an essential part of our work. The staff team will use their detailed knowledge of a young person to identify the best provision for their future whether in Caldecott or an external placement.
