The Caldecott School Rocks With RockSteady

The Caldecott School rocks!  Superb vocals, great showmanship and true friendship were top of the set list when RockSteady Music School visited us just before Half Term.

With a full programme of rock workshops and a rock concert to end the day, our young people had the chance to play different instruments.

Everyone played together as a band with outstanding attitude and enthusiasm.

James T from RockSteady told the Caldecott Foundation: “My favourite moment of the day was seeing the calming effect of music on many of the children.  Seeing them determined to play and sing and the focus they had was great.

“A highlight would be one child who also brought along printed photos of themselves, which they then signed, and handed out after their performance as autographs!”
